PAROLE PROCESS The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles adopts, on an emergency basis, amendments to 37 TAC Chapter 145, Subchapter A, §145.12 and §145.15 concerning action upon review and action upon review; extraordinary vote. The amendments are adopted on an emergency basis to utilize new voting option FI-9 R Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP-9). The adoption of the amendments, on an emergency basis, permits the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles to immediately take action on the new voting option.
