I really am not finding it to be that inexpensive to buy a home in Florida the costs/square foot really aren’t that low, add in the HOAs, CDDs and, it can get to be quite expensive to maintain a home in Florida. What is really confusing to me is the cost of insurance that truly is a wildcard.
